About Massage Envy

The therapists, such as Simon and Charles, provide excellent services, helping clients recover from surgeries and offering relaxing experiences. However, some clients have expressed concerns about additional costs, such as fees for aromas and a "convenience fee" for tipping. The massage time may also be shorter than expected due to upselling and tip suggestions. Despite these issues, many clients find the massages to be good, and the staff are often described as welcoming and kind.
Dee is the manager at this location. Her kindnees and professionalism really make me feel welcome when I go there! The facials and massages are top notch and you won't get a better deal or service anywhere else! Thank you Dee for your professional attitude and service. Be blessed.
Jerry is new here and is the reason I'm writing this review. Been to several massage envy's for 5-6 years and Jerry's massage was the best I've had in my life. You can tell he is not trained in the US. Excellent technique and no direction was needed. Would pay even triple for his service again.

I had a very not normal customer service issue back in August 2025.
I reached out to the Manager, Sarah and asked for special consideration in resolving my issue.
Sarah was very understanding and took care of everything to my complete satisfaction. Sarah was WONDERFUL!
