Massage Envy offers a variety of services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, all aimed at promoting overall body wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The therapists, such as Simon and Charles, provide excellent services, helping clients recover from surgeries and offering relaxing experiences. However, some clients have expressed concerns about additional costs, such as fees for aromas and a "convenience fee" for tipping. The massage time may also be shorter than expected due to upselling and tip suggestions. Despite these issues, many clients find the massages to be good, and the staff are often described as welcoming and kind.
In the past i’ve received many massages and they’re typically all the same concept. Today was my third time here and MIKE was very professional and listened to where my issue was on my lower back. He knew exactly what to do and customized my massage to what was needed for me. He was great!
Dee is the manager at this location. Her kindnees and professionalism really make me feel welcome when I go there! The facials and massages are top notch and you won't get a better deal or service anywhere else! Thank you Dee for your professional attitude and service. Be blessed.
Jerry is new here and is the reason I'm writing this review. Been to several massage envy's for 5-6 years and Jerry's massage was the best I've had in my life. You can tell he is not trained in the US. Excellent technique and no direction was needed. Would pay even triple for his service again.
