The therapists, such as Simon and Charles, provide excellent services, helping clients recover from surgeries and offering relaxing experiences. However, some clients have expressed concerns about additional costs, such as fees for aromas and a "convenience fee" for tipping. The massage time may also be shorter than expected due to upselling and tip suggestions. Despite these issues, many clients find the massages to be good, and the staff are often described as welcoming and kind.
Just left my massage with Charles. And hands down it was the best massage I’ve had here. Consult was on point and he really listened and made sure to hit the spots that needed it most. He will definitely be my go to therapist from now on.
I had Simon for my massage. I have seen him twice within a week and he has been amazing both times! I have been recovering from orthopedic surgeries and he did wonders for my lower back and entire body. Highly recommend Simon, and will be back frequently for his massages.
