He explained the differences in the various carpets available and reviewed the delivery and installation process. I later met David and he also made my shopping experience a great one and allowed me to take samples home before buying to ensure the color matched my tile and paint color. After visiting Allen Floors I knew that I did not need to visit any additional flooring stores because I felt like I would be buying from a company that would deliver what was promised and would be there to resolve any concerns that arose. There were no concerns and Johnny followed up with a phone call to me to ensure everything went smoothly. “David and his crew just finished work at our house and we couldn't be happier. We had been thinking about a consistent flooring look for the first floor of our home and were having challenges in getting what we thought was a fair price for the scope of the work. David and Palace floors was the fourth contractor we talked to and he really worked hard to understand what we wanted, found the flooring we were looking for, and hit our target price. David's flooring crew is top notch. They were very careful in moving furniture and during the removal of the existing tile, hardwood, and carpet. They were on time every day and kept us up to date on the project and what was coming up next. We had chosen a mixed width LVP product that would be used throughout our main floor. It went in without a hitch and I was amazed at their skill in laying down such a complex floor as there pattern had to match coming around from another part of the downstairs. The crew was very polite and kept the work area clean and neat never leaving a mess overnight. They hauled away all of the debris from the old floor and the new product. I don't think I found anything that they missed in cleaning up at the end of the job. David was very involved throughout the job. He was meticulous in measuring the area we wanted remodeled. Anything he wasn't sure of he made sure to get answered before any work began. He would visit the site daily and was easily reached if there were questions for him. He is a very personable man and really worked on understanding what we wanted out of the project so he could meet our expectations. One note, Google shows that he has a store front however he no longer uses that location. He is easily available by phone so the lack of a store front is really a non-issue. I've attached a couple of pictures, one during removal (tile area in the bathroom) and one as the new flooring was going in. I think they show the care and workmanship the Palace Floors team demonstrated from start to finish.“
