While other staff members are commended for their professionalism, one receptionist has received negative feedback for her demeanor.
I highly recommend Dr. Brian Joe. He and his staff are always honest and friendly. Dr. Joe listened to my symptoms and was very patient with my issues. Ultimately he found a solution to my problem. Five stars!
I love doctor Joe! He’s has been so helpful with everything I have gone through. I’m going to keep this short Because it’s personal. I would love to give doctor Joe five stars, the medical assistant 5 stars, and the wonderful young lady who takes payments and insurance information 5 stars. The receptionist in the front near the fish tank is the worst receptionist I have ever met in my life. I leave the office and I try to have a nice little sendoff by telling her have a wonderful day and she never acknowledges me that happened today as well. Dr. Joe diagnosed my problem in the first 15 minutes of being in the room. A problem I've had for 30 years and saw four different ENTs that couldn't do the simple test to figure it out.
