“Tommy showed up on time, communicated clearly what was happening, what he was going to attempt, what the risks were. The problem was thankfully an easy one and I gladly paid for the diagnostic fee and 1 hour of technician time, even though it only took 30 minutes.
Will definitely be keeping Zoom Appliance on speed dial for any future issues”
