They are the best!! I have called them out twice about an under-sink water filter. The first time I had ordered an under-sink water filter and wanted them to install it. I didn’t realize until he came out that they were going to have to make a hole in the counter-top to install it. I chose to send it back, instead, and get another one that didn’t require that. They did not charge me even a trip charge for that visit. The second time they came out I had gotten a handyman to install a water filter under my sink, and it was leaking. We had the pleasure of using Pro Serve Plumbing for an install of a Flow Tech scale system and a filtration system for our home. Micha and his helper Dylan were awesome! They did a fantastic job installing our equipment making sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied with the job! They answered all the questions and concerns we had and were truly helpful. They checked the system twice to make sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up so good, I asked if they could clean all my garage!
