“One of my clients in Arlington had an issue with a/c. She does not speak English. Chinese only. She called me for help around 9:50. At 1:26 the technician had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Now that is customer service. I was away and could not interrupt for her. The tech did a fantastic job and communicated with her well. She is very pleased. She thinks I am a hero for getting her help, but the hero is that young man that took such good care of my client. We are not even customers of Texas Total Comfort. But we are now! Give them a call, they do the job and donit right with a great attitude of, we will do what it takes to make this customer comfortable. Because they actually do care.“
