Vivid Air installed a Bosch IDS Cold Climate Heat Pump system in my Weatherford property a few months ago. The system has been running problem free and maintains the temperature within 1°. The outside unit is very quiet, even on start up. It appears to be running about 25% most of the time, a benefit of the variable speed compressor. As in the past, the installation crew had the job completed in one day, was very professional, and cleaned up before they left. Vivid has a great warranty (10 years on this system) and a semiannual service contract.This is the 4th installation this company has completed for me at various properties since 2020.

After 5 years of inconsistent temps in my home wine cellar, I decided to do something different. I found Vivid Air and their wine room refrigeration expertise and gave them a call. The owner called me back within an hour, was out to my house within 2 days and diagnosed that my system was too small for the area of the room. By the next week they installed the proper equipment which continues to be very dependable. I am very happy with their professionalism and would highly recommend them if you’re having problems with inconsistent temperatures in your wine room!
