I have only had 8 TMS treatments so far, so I can't really give feedback in that regard. I can speak to the nature of the staff. Everyone that I have dealt with obviously has my best interests at heart. The staff is considerate, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. I have had the most interaction with Amber, the office manager. She has been such a Godsend, solving whatever problems have arisen anywhere on the spectrum from insurance to my personal comfort. Dr Sheila and Dr. Ken Patterson are also special, patient and compassionate, doing whatever they can to help get me back to wellness.
