I thought my sectional was doomed after the kids and dog decorated it with dirt and stains. I hired Wayne’s Chem-Dry and it looks brand new. Very professional and the carpets/ couch dried quickly. Highly recommend!
Sharlne and her son Byrce were upfront about reasonable pricing and answered all questions. They offered upgrades with no pressure to purchase. They were not able to show up at the agreed upon time, BUT proactively communicated when they would arrive so my husband and I weren't in the dark. They cleaned two carpeted rooms in two hours and I could smell the freshness of their non-toxic products as they were cleaning. They made sure we were satisfied with the job before requesting payment and leaving, including reassuring us that our hardwood flooring was not impacted by their heavy-duty equipment. I’ve used Wayne’s ChemDry since 1996. They are absolutely amazing. Such a genuinely, good honest family. I tried another company one time in the area that came in and used shampoo and made my carpet worse. Their carpet cleaning process is amazing. It dries very quickly. We’ve never had a spot they could not get rid of. I will never use anyone else.
