“On the afternoon of July 4th I started having severe pains. After a bit my husband took me to RPMH Emergency Room. This was about 3:30 pm. A few minutes after walking in the doors I had a room full of nurses and staff and they were so kind and AMAZING. By 7:00 I was leaving ER with pain meds and a diagnoses. Tana was my great nurse and Dr Goodwill was the doctor. I wish I knew the names of everybody that helped me.
So glad we have our hospital and such a caring staff. A couple of days after my visit I received a call from RPMH to see how I was feeling. Now that’s good customer service.
