I’ve seen so many people in Abilene recommend Johlisa at Four Eleven for lashes and now I get why! Her work is always beautiful, super clean, and she’s been doing this longer than anyone else around here that I know of. If you want quality lashes from someone who really knows her stuff, she’s the one to book with. She does 4 of my family members lashes and brows and they look beautiful!
