The customer service at eyemart is excellent. The people that work there are very attentive and considerate. I enjoyed my visit I felt comfortable and I love my glasses. Service there is above average way above extraordinary. They know how to treat the people that come in there to get glasses. I'm art is better than any other place that I've ever been to and I will continue to be a faithful customer and and try to get other people to go there too.
Very courteous and efficient service. My first pair of glasses was ready in 22 minutes the other pair was ready in under an hour. It was worth the drive from Brownwood to come up to Abilene. I was very pleased with my experience. I will definitely be coming back to get my glasses taken care of from now on.
The man at the store could see I was in a hurry and offered to take my information and call me when everything was in their system. He took my daughters measurements and we left. He didn't have to go out of his way to help me but he did. That is good service.
