Phenomenal place here. So informative on everything on what’s going on. Never had my eyes checked before in depth before and ended up leaving with glasses while telling them I don’t need glasses I can see fine when in reality it was blurrier than I thought. Such nice people here too and so welcoming. So glad I came in here and got things checked out before it got worse.
Staff assistance and service was outstanding. Shelby and Makenna were very helpful, explaining things and, I felt, even going a step beyond to grab a separate computer to calculate every option, like insurance with lens options I needed & wanted vs coupons, deals, etc. I ended up able to get two pair for much less than the price of one in my past experience buying from others. For example, I have had to pay $600-$700 in prior years for two pair and walked out of Eye Express having spent $150.79! Also, I had barely walked in the door at home when I received a text that the first pair was done. I'm still reeling!
All of the staff members at Eyemart Express in Abilene were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It was a very busy day for them, but Kenny was especially helpful in assisting me with my purchase and the exact right fit, even when I had to return for a second adjustment.
