I had an excellent experience during my eye exam. Diamond was extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Shanks was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ariel was also very nice and incredibly helpful while I picked out frames and lenses, making sure I chose what worked best for me. The entire team made my visit smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend.
