Replaced the corroded heating element in the water heater located down in the dirt basement which was hard to crawl down in there. I had a million questions and he gave me advice on everything that I asked. He knew about codes for apartments and the ages of the homes on my street and how codes apply to older houses. He also gave me information to help me decide whether to get a 2nd clean out plug or to replace the cast iron drain pipe. He took an extra precaution about the electrical and tested at the water heater because of the way the meters were wired. He noticed things I had never noticed before.
Quick, efficient, and friendly service at a good price. He was able to make it out in the cold to my house today and take care of a frozen hot water line to my bathroom before the single digit temps set in again overnight. Thanks again, Wayne!
