I called several places to get a home inspection and this was not only the most reasonably priced...but they also had the best customer service out of anyone I spoke to.The lady who scheduled my appointment was extremely kind and answered any questions I had. She went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated that. Tony did our inspection and he was great too. He explained everything in detail and had our full report to us the following day. I told my husband even if they were terrible at inspections—I would still hire them just because they were the friendliest people ever! Lol I highly recommend them. This family own business goes ABOVE & BEYOND !I to have a family owned business out of my home, and they have to work around my schedule, both Tony and Carrie are always kind, professional, timely and most important to me , they are great at communicating with me and between their selves if I have a schedule change. I appreciate the effort they take to personalize their business around the families of our community. VERY affordable .

I was in a rental car and pulled into a gas station and by random chance found a hornet building a nest next to the gas cap. While trying to find something to flush it out with, a gentleman from Charlie's Pest Control rolled up to get gas as well, and helped spray the hornet out, all free of charge. Thanks!!
