Today took their service up a notch for us ... Our boy Beau needed a tumor removed but being such an anxious dog made us anxious about the drop off experience etc prior to surgery. Dr Prince worked with us and allowed us to bring him in closer to surgery time and stay with him until he was sedated. It made a scary time go so much smoother for us and I'm so very grateful. They are always so good about working with him and his issues. Thank you so much to the staff and Dr Prince for going above and beyond with care. Thank you from the Docter family ???.
Troy has done a couple of inspections for the wife and I. Always professional and detail oriented. I've contacted him with questions and he responds quickly. Kyle did a great job installing our French drain, sump pump and dehumidifier. Highly recommend Burls.
James was very pleasant and professional. I was very happy with his work. And would definitely recommend this company again. And if I ever have to call doctor appliance, I will definitely ask for James. I will say it was a little expensive. Because our refrigerator only has a one year warranty and we were out of warranty and we only get a 2 month warranty when you call for repairs. So right now. Things are looking good.We only had to pay the one time for the repair.
