We had to have new outside water lines and two different plumbers came to look but never got back with us. My husbands nephew gave us Wesley Parks number. Wesley and his crew had redid his lines and he recommended them highly. I called and he came out gave me a very reasonable quote that day. Even though he had a family tragedy during this time, he kept in contact with me and his crew showed up. The job was not easy because our house is old and they had to dig under very old deep set concrete. Lines were replaced to the house and garage. They also replaced our hot water heater which was rusty and leaking. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.
They were suppose to show on a Tuesday between 10 and noon. They were not here so we called around 1 and explained that they got stuck on another job. You think they would have the decency to call. On the good side they gave us a military discount.
Had a drain that had a gasket stuck in it and I needed it out that day, they were the only ones to respond they kept good communication on when they could get there, he showed up had the right tool, removed it in less time than it took to walk up to it, I would definitely use these guys again!
