I was warmly greeted at the reception desk and supported as I completed new patient paperwork, the medical assistant who did my blood draw was extremely efficient and supportive, and swiftly went to get me a bottle of water as I frequently get light headed when having bloodwork done. Ryan was so supportive to me and thoroughly explained the process of TRT, the benefits of it, and he happily answered my many questions about TRT as well as weigh management drugs. I have nothing but glowing things to say about this clinic location, and I highly recommend it to everyone!“

“I came to write a review about how amazing Crossroads in Portland is and was shocked to see the negative reviews! I've been seeing Amy Maddox at Crossroads for a few years now, mostly for medication refills, and she's fantastic, but since she's no longer there, I wasn't sure how I'd like it now that she wouldn't be my doctor. But today, I saw a newer nurse practitioner, Aleah, and she was absolutely amazing! I've had horrible shoulder pain for months now and I'm needing relief asap, and she already has me in for Thursday (today is Monday) to see another doctor to have x-rays done and to get a steroid injection to get me relief right away. She listened to me and all my rambling about how horrible my shoulder has been and she was so patient and sweet and very thorough. The nurse that talked to me before her was also super sweet and patient. The front desk ladies were so friendly and sweet, and the lady that drew my blood was also fantastic, so again, I'm shocked to see the negative reviews because I have always had an amazing experience every time I've went to Crossroads for anything!“
