I came to write a review about how amazing Crossroads in Portland is and was shocked to see the negative reviews! I've been seeing Amy Maddox at Crossroads for a few years now, mostly for medication refills, and she's fantastic, but since she's no longer there, I wasn't sure how I'd like it now that she wouldn't be my doctor. But today, I saw a newer nurse practitioner, Aleah, and she was absolutely amazing! I've had horrible shoulder pain for months now and I'm needing relief asap, and she already has me in for Thursday (today is Monday) to see another doctor to have x-rays done and to get a steroid injection to get me relief right away. Crossroads Medical Group in Portland is a good place to go for any of your medical needs. All the Dr. and nurses are very professional and good at their jobs. The only thing that needs to be different is the lady at the front desk. She is rude and very unprofessional. She acts as if she hates her job and does not want to be there.
