    Overall Verdict: Joining the gym was one of the best decisions I’ve made. While it felt overwhelming at first, I’ve learned that being a newbie is all part of the process. The key is to ask for help when needed, stay consistent, and be patient with myself. I’m excited to see where this fitness journey takes me and am grateful for the supportive environment that’s helping me grow stronger every day.

    Brent at On the Brink Fitness is an excellent trainer who alway motivates me to concentrate on my form and put in the hard work to get results. His gym is clean and stocked with all the equipment I need to get to my best form! Highly recommend working with Brent if you’re ready to take fitness to the next level!!
