I have tried local gyms, and local fitness classes but I really wanted someone who could meet me where I was at in my fitness journey, set goals and hold me accountable to those goals - I have found that with Caleb and Dauntless Personal Training. Caleb is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but he also does a great job of knowing when to push and when to pull back during workouts. Whether you’re looking for a specific type of physical training or you’re just wanting to be stronger and healthier in life, I can’t recommend Caleb highly enough!
My teenage son worked with Caleb for a period of time and it was a great experience for him. Caleb was very patient and encouraging and met my son where he was at physically. I would highly recommend him for personal training.
