CrossFit Goose Creek

Several years ago, I stopped by CrossFit Berry Farms simply to learn more about CrossFit. Although I ultimately decided to continue focusing on Pilates at the time, I was so impressed by the kindness, patience, and inclusiveness of everyone there. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely welcome.

Fast-forward a few years, and I experienced that same kindness in a way I will never forget. After an appointment next door, I came out to find that my car wouldn’t start. I dropped into CrossFit Goose Creek while traveling for work for two morning workouts, and the facility, coaches, and members are top notch! It was easy to reserve a spot in class, and get a great workout in with their community. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the coaching for both classes was excellent. Highly recommend checking out this facility.

Love it. Adam and his staff are helpful and kind. It’s an essential part of my week and I miss it on the days in between. Shout outs to coaches Gary, Jason, Lynelle, Phil, and Ali!
