Garrison, Trent, Ty, and Shannon are all top notch therapists. I have gained back full mobility, and I have learned exercises that I do at home to maintain strength and flexibility. I still go for dry needling for pain management since I am working out more and rebuilding strength. I highly suggest it! I was able to get off daily pain medications.
