“I came in with SEVERE back pain and honestly had no clue what was going on with my body. At 35 years old, I was feeling like I was 95 just trying to get out the bed, get out the car, and do regular everyday stuff. Soon as I started coming here, they knew exactly what the issue was and immediately started me on a treatment plan.

I started physical therapy 3 days a week, then eventually went down to 2 days a week, and whew… when I tell y’all I feel like myself again, I really mean that. My quality of life has improved so much. I’m not even being dramatic either lol. The pain was REAL, but the results were real too. Doing the routines at home definitely helped also.
