“Josh does a great job of determining a plan of action to get you to a better place. He is very caring and diligent to work through your issue. I had spent years with orthopedics with injections in my back, but Josh now has me pain free for the first time in years using primarily stretching and exercises!!! Josh is the best!!! Highly recommend!!!!“

Be Ready Performance Therapy - Nashville Physical Therapy

“I came to Dr. Colton Fincher at Be Ready PT after 20 years of achilles pain and 3 years of knee pain. I've been a runner for 20 years and the achilles pain has become such a part of my life that I notice more when there ISN'T pain than when there IS pain. My knee started hurting a few years back when running longer and longer distances training for a marathon. The knee pain, especially, really discouraged me and made me fall out of love with running. After just a few months of PT with Dr. Fincher, both my achilles and knee pain is completely gone! I'm no longer waking up and tentatively walking on my left foot anticipating the pain. I'm able to run long distances and I feel so strong... both during AND after. I'm no longer afraid of pain and love running again. Thank you so much, Dr. Fincher and Be Ready PT!“

“We've been seeing Libby for over a year. We're her only clients that go as a couple. We have a good time and she scales the exercises accordingly. Apparently it's not for every couple, but we have a good time, and it's a bit cheaper than going separately. And my wife sees her a second time each week without me!“

Nashville Accident & Injury Center Physical Therapy

“I have to admit this has been my best experience over all of going to a chiropractor. Not only is there office quaint and welcoming but the entire staff is awesome. My questions have always been answered. I have had three sessions and after my second session I’m able to rise from bed without the stiffness in my back. Plus my neck is less tense as well. My quality of life has improved over all. I would recommend going here if you’ve been dissatisfied or disappointed elsewhere. I would give 20 stars if I could. The treatment is specialized just for you. Another key point they are great at accommodating my hectic work schedule. I could go on and on. So please do your self and body a favor and call them for an appointment. I was involved in a car accident and had done some damage to my neck and back but I’m so much better now. Thank you all for making me feel great and mobile again.“

Manual Therapy of Nashville Physical Therapy

“Rebecca is a skilled practitioner and a fabulous person. She really takes the time to ask caring and thoughtful questions, and addresses her patients from a holistic perspective focused on healing. She taught me some great leg strengthening exercises with a pilates ring, and how to use the cube to get into those tight, hard-to-reach places. She provided a safe space to express emotion, which I believe has contributed greatly to being able to accept chronic pain and learning to live with it as a guest instead of an enemy. Most of all, she believed me and my pain before I got an EDS diagnosis and never insinuated that I was overreacting or anxiety-ridden. She actually was the first to bring up EDS as a possibility. I am very grateful to have found her services and expertise - a gem of a person in Nashville!!“
