“Came in with excruciating hip and back pain with a two week driving/hiking vacation just around the corner. They listened, adjusted, adapted, and I had a pain feee hiking vacation. They gave me specific exercises to do after each visit and were building them around what I could do while traveling. They adapted each to how I could do the exercise in and around a car (the vacation was a driving tour of the US).

Mila Vazquez and her team were incredibly attentive and personal in their treatment. They cared about me as a patient and as a person. Their goal was for me to have a great vacation and I did. So thankful I got connected with this group. The pain was limiting my life drastically and never thought I would be restored enough to go on the trip. No pain the entire trip.“

“We have had two birthday parties here and each time has been amazing! It is amazing that you can have as many kids as you want and they have always been as accommodating as can be. They have plenty of floats to use in the pool and the kids have a blast. We had almost 40 kids this year so it was crowded in the pool but nothing but smiles all the way around. Even the parents seemed thankful since you can just let your kids go and don’t really have to “hover” over them. Pretty sure we will be signing our kids up for swim lessons here but so far everything we have done with them has been awesome. I highly recommend them based on what we have done so far!“
