This company was booked by warranty company on Sunday afternoon to have them come and replace a broken thermostat - screen was blank, air or heat wouldn't come on. Tim at their "dispatch service - Burlington Logistics" called at 5:10 on Monday to say they would be here at earliest appointment, Thursday at 9 am. At 11 a.m. Thurs, I started calling them many times at the dispatch number but of course he wouldn't answer. Called the 865.279-1400 listed as their contact number on the warranty ticket, also no answer. Left voicemail, no return call. Of course Friday was New Year's Eve so no one is going to call or come out then, and now it' Monday, no return calls, no one rescheduled...read full review

Worst company I have ever dealt with! They don't even deserve 1 star. I don't care how desperate you are, do not use this company! I went through a home warranty company otherwise I wouldn't have. They came out almost 3 months ago, looked at my heart pump and ordered a part they said we needed (although pretty sure that's not what's wrong with it) and was supposed to come back and fix it when the part came in that was April 4th it is now June 22nd and I'm still dealing with trying to get them to come out. Its summer and I haven't had a/c since the end of March! I gave them some time because of getting the parts in because of covid but the part has been in for over a month...read full review

The fact that this is the first review should be telling enough. Don't waste your time with this company. They performed improper service and it took them a month to actually get back to me to fix the problem. Pretty sure the damage has already been done to my system. Better off going with someone who actually competent and knows what they are doing.
