My parents Ac went out. They called Reagan and sons heating and air, which they thought was a reliable company. They came out and said they needed a unit and all new ducking. After installing all needed, charging my parents a hefty amount, Reagan promise a warranty and said if they needed anything they could call them.
A short time later my parents woke to the temp in the house being way higher than it was set. They called Reagan. Someone came out and said it was the panel on the AC and it would be so much money. This guy installed my mothers heating and air unit about 21/2 months ago, it does not work. Her house is 90plus degree’s because she has no air!!!! She has called and texted him multiple times and he will not respond back!!! This is how he treats the elderly/retired community!!! If a 0 star was an option that’s what he would get, not even a 1 star! I cannot stress enough DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!
This company installed my heating unit about 4 years ago. They did a cheap job and it was having problems within a year. We called them to come look at it and fix the issue, the guy said he would come out but never showed up. Then he started ignoring our phone calls.
