We had an issue in our home with some electrical outlets that stopped working, including the microwave. Philip Nelson came to the house and diagnosed the problem and within an hour had it fixed! He was respectful of our house and was very polite, explaining what the problem was and explained what he needed to do to fix it! We will DEFINITELY call this professional again if another problem occurs! Trust is earned and Phillip earned ours!! He is an asset to this company!!
We recently had a major plumbing issue at a commercial property, and Glenn and a few other workers did an amazing job. We were very impressed with their promptness and how clean they kept everything while working. They were also extremely communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. Used the Cherokee Group today after getting a shock. The electrician sent, Gabriel was very nice. Explained everything he was doing and gave me great tips on any issues to be concerned with in the future. I will definitely use them again and feel much safer now.
