I have known the Spurgeon Family for over twenty years. Carl and his team have always been prompt and fair with the price of service. Best Heating and Air has put in an upstairs unit in our first home located in Kodak. Years later we moved to our second home in Sevierville, Carl and his team replaced our entire unit when it went out. My Mom’s (71 years young)unit quit working during the Summer, Best Heating and Air rushed out to Seymour and had her house nice and cool within the hour. After being ripped off by a home warranty, Best Heating & Air gave us a second opinion. They kept the unit running for another 6 months until we were ready for a new system. They had to modify and adjust the new one to fit. we were very satisfied and highly recommend.
These guys have always been efficient and very polite. They explain things and were always on time. If something else came up (as things do when it’s an older house) they immediately came and told us and they found a solution effectively and at an afford rate. Will definitely use them again if need be in the future. I would recommend them to anyone need good work at an affordable price!!!!
