Quality Pools of Knoxville is an excellent company and I am so glad to have them service my pool for both warranty and non-warranty work. Experienced, knowledgeable pool companies with excellent customer service are very hard to find. Tons of people cleanings or do chemicals, but very few do actual install and maintenance well. Quality is in the name and quality is definitely what you get every time with Martha, Rusty, and their team. Highly recommend!!!

I bought my house in May from some great folks that have used quality for years and recommended them to be my go to. From testing my pool to getting chemicals, and most recently repairing my equipment, these people have been absolute saints. I can’t thank Martha and Rusty enough for what you all did for us. We’re brand new pool owners and are clueless when it came to how to care for a pool but they have been extremely helpful anytime I have a question.
