Hey go see Carley at Poolwerx by west town mall. Knox Tn for your spa she went out of her way to help me. Treated me great. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t want me settling for anything but what made me happy. I checked other places and no one I had talk to seem to have the knowledge she had. Right down to the electrical. I was amazed at how much she knew. I am not the easiest to deal with either.she was so patient . She will definitely be referred by me. Great experience!!!!!?
I’m a first time spa buyer and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and attention I have received from PoolWerx Knoxville! From the time I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by Carley, the store manager, who walked me through all the options that best suited what I was looking for. She is a wealth of knowledge and never tired of answering my endless questions!
