“I have a home In Powell I called Francisco and the same day he came out himself to give me a quote on some work. Tree Cutting, Lawn Maintenance, and Mulching. He gave a fair price and was even able to fit me in this very same day to complete the work. Him and his crew were on time and very professional, and the yard looks phenomenal. Francisco even noticed that one of my small bushes I planted last year didn't make it through the winter and died and he had brought one with him and replanted it for me.I strongly recommend this company it is family owned and he shows great pride in his work.“

“Phil and his crew designed and constructed a dry creek bed to alleviate erosion and added a unique and distinct architectural decoration to our side yard as well as install dirt and seeded the entire area around the bed They delivered much more than we anticipated and have already received compliments on it the next day! “I wish I knew the names of the good men that did our beautiful rainscape and replanting!! AND Leanne and those hardworking men couldn’t have done for or by us! Leanne created a design plan for the back hill - we had serious drainage issues, and some plants obstructing views, others in inappropriate places…her design alone was worth the price of admission.
The Seeds of Change landscaping crew dug through that hard clay like butter; dug the path for water flow, put down TWO layers of fabric and then beautiful large river stones creating our own riverbed for the Knoxville torrential downpours that used to wash the mulch and topsoil down to our deck.
They also replanted the bushes and plants we already had in perfect places. I wish this were a Spring photo, and not end of summer dryness so you could see the effect as dramatically as we know it is.
Integrity, honest upfront pricing, willingness to do parts of the plan as we were able to afford, professional work and perfect cleanup afterwards. If I could give a 10 star review I would!!“

“Kyle (the owner) and his team are the greatest! I had purchased pea gravel and few stones from The Rock Yard before but never used their landscaping services. They just finished installing 650 square feet of flagstone in mortar for a patio and walkway at our home. We are VERY pleased and recommend them very highly! Kyle started the project when he said he would, finished it on time, and on budget. They cleaned up as they went along on the 6 day project and cleaned very thoroughly after finishing. They even pressure washed my driveway where they had been staging materials and tools. Kyle did what he said he would do through every phase of the project.
