Brennan showed up on time and got to work winching my fully loaded 26 foot U-Haul moving truck out of the ditch. He then graciously offered to pull the truck up to the house, sensing I was gun-shy about another attempt to navigate that big truck through that tight turn. I’ve never been more grateful. I highly recommend West Nashville Wrecker Service.
Staff are very polite and knowledgeable. They proceed to go above and beyond to follow regulations set fourth by Nashville metro and thp, and have gotten a bad rap for people that admit they were in the wrong but didnt get their way. They have been extremely professional with everything ive needed and made sure to do things by the book.
I didn't know this wrecker company together, they had a nice system. How you go in to get your items out of your vehicle or claim your vehicle. They were all nice and understanding and polite. And patient awesome when I went to my vehicle, everything was in there. Nothing had been stolen like other places. I was very pleased with this company. For watching over my vehicle.
