Went here for the usual maintenance and was happy with my service! I asked them about checking extra things and they communicated beautifully about what needed to be done and what wasn’t. They didn’t over charge for anything unnecessary and took great care of my car! The drop off and pick up were both seamless. The young lady at the front desk was an absolute doll and a joy to deal with! Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back in the future.
I've had my Acura serviced here many times and they always take great care of me and my car. They are knowledgable, friendly, and provide quality service. It's hard to find a reliable car place, and I'm so grateful to have found the Car Care Center!
These folks did us a serious solid. We were passing thru Nashville when our car started throwing scary brake warning lights. Stopped here in hopes they’d take pity on us (did I mention we were on the way to a funeral?) and take a look. They were booked solid when we walked in but hallelujah, they managed to squeeze us in anyway. Thankfully the issue wasn’t as scary as it seemed, but all was taken care of quickly, explained clearly and respectfully (I was there with my husband, and they actually spoke to me about the issue, and not just him.
