Short version: Overall for annual check-ups, it’s fine. But if you’re expecting good/specific patient care, a helpful doctor who is free to treat how they feel best, etc. go elsewhere. You won’t have time to build a relationship with a doctor before they quit!

Long version: My (and probably a good number of people’s) experience here is you see a primary care doctor for 1-2 years and then they quit.

You are certainly someone your clients must love.
