Slow worker laughing and joking in another language with each other. I observe employees demanding customers to pay so they could go to lunch. 2 employees were professional with their customers out of 8 workers. I have not visited in a few months. The entire salon needs to be cleaned.

I just got this set done the day before and the very next MORNING this is what it looked like! Very disappointed. I went to get it fixed and was told I’d have to wait over an hour to get 1-2 toes repainted, unacceptable. Not to mention the shape of the filing is terrible I wasn’t happy with this set at all. Not a good feeling after i left. I travel far to get to this nail salon. I walked in at 5pm and left at 6:45pm; wanted a fill in and pedicure. i was told to wait for a particular young lady, that i would not take long , while she finished (what was them a couple of customers) did eyebrows. While waiting i was sent to the pedi chair to start that procedure. Kudos to my pedi tech! I did not get my fill in due to the lady admitting walk in customers up til 6:30 and that pushed me out for the nail care. i was extremely put out when i was told i would have to come back tomorrow because the the lady has "no more time", yet when she finished all her eyebrow customers, she sat...read full review
