My experience was average. Staff was polite and welcoming.I I'll go back if I don't have anywhere else to go. I wear my natural nails and came in with gel polish that needed to be removed. My nail tech used the drill to loosen the gel polish then had me soak. He also used the drill to file my natural nail. I was surprised because the place is called natural nail AND the front has a sign stating "soak gel removal". I had broken my thumb nail a couple of weeks ago but instead of asking if I wanted a tip he assumed I did. I had to tell him no. My dip looks okay but is thicker in some places. I always get superb service there. They know me by name and are so personable. I would recommend any to visit and make your own decisions. I am sure after your first visit there will be many to come.

I was really hesitant as I normally go to one place to get my nails done! I decided to go here! The atmosphere was nice! I get Gel on my natural nails and the guy that did it his whole process was completely OFF! I decided I wasn’t coming back!!!! Normally my gel nails last almost two weeks... However, thinking his process was totally off they lasted Way longer!!! I’m headed back there now!!! I give this place a great recommendation!!!!
