Reliance Heating and Air

My ac unit is 4 years old. They have been out here 6 times. The last was 2 weeks ago. Claimed its fixed. Nope, it's not. I'm not sure if they know what they are doing.

I am within my 1 yr warranty with Reliance. My a/c completely went out over the weekend in June 2021. At night, my thermostat was between 78 and 80 degrees. I called first thing Monday morning and was told that no one could come out until Wed. Due to the heat, we could not wait two more days to have the a/c fixed. So I called another company who came out immediately and fixed it. I had to pay this other company out of my own pocket. Also, Reliance said they voided my warranty as a result. I would NOT recommend using this company. Use Rapid Response Heating and Cooling. They go above and beyond to get your a/c fixed quickly in the summer months.

I had a really awesome experience with Reliance this week! I had neighbors recommend for 2x yr maintenance checks and noticed my AC was acting up as summer turned. They were able to make an appointment for me within the same week! The gentleman that came was right on time and did a very thorough job! Best maintenance package I’ve spent money on! Can’t say enough praise here! Thank you, thank you!!
