I started seeing Dr. Shilpa Carlson a little over a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough she is. When I have been concerned about something, she follows through with bloodwork, tests, or a procedure. So many times, I have felt my previous doctors have dropped the ball. My case is complicated and have been trying to find someone for years who can get to the root of all my many health issues. Through Dr. Carlson listening, she was able to get me in to Vanderbilt Genomics And Therapeutic Clinic. It looks very promising with the meeting I had with the doctor there, and things are moving forward in a way that I admit, excites me.
