Elliot was fantastic! He was a recommendation by a few people. I also added the radon test, termite, and sewer scope services. It was easy to book online, and we walked and talked through all his notes!
I advise anyone looking at a home to order an inspection. Elliott Wiley was extremely professional and thorough. They found and detailed concerns so I could make an informed decision. He knew all code standards and measurements. He notes all that in detail. They are very reasonable on price and very prompt on appointments. I can't say enough good things about Knockout Home Inspections. They do your homework for you.
Elliot was awesome! He was incredibly thorough for our initial inspection, and then again for our re-inspection. As someone who is not handy and not familiar with anything in that world, he did a great job explaining everything in an easy-to-digest way. We'll be reaching out again if we need help and will be recommending to others.
