Great guys, incredible response-time! We've had a tough time with our builders actually doing work they say they're going to do. We had Brad, Randy, and Ryan each out at different points in our build to assure us things were going well. They gave excellent written reports with pictures and suggestions, as well as thorough verbal explanations that made us feel so much more comfortable going back to our builder for resolutions. If you're building, don't be an idiot and forgo the inspection process- these guys know what they're doing, as contractors themselves, and are excellent at both communication and responsiveness. I have used Bradley Inspection Services a couple of times now, and they have been nothing short of amazing! Brad always meets deadlines with scheduling, which is hard to do during this market, and is quick to respond. Ryan has provided thorough, detailed, and easy-to-understand reports for my clients while being extremely kind and patient in the process.
