First time at this practice. I came in for contact lenses. The staff was very patient with me, teaching me how to put them in and take them out. Dr Kirkconnell was very kind and thorough. Front desk was efficient and friendly. Very good experience!
I don't really understand the bad reviews on here, I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. James Kirkconnell who was very professional, helpful and nice, I went in for a scratch cornea, he provided the needed exam and the medication I need and even helped me get a good discount on it because I don't have insurance, they didn't overcharge me for the visit, it was very fair. The front desk staff was also very helpful and very sweet.
I've been coming here over the last two years and each time have had a very positive experience whether it was getting my exams or ordering products. The staff is great and very helpful in helping pick out just right glasses. Dr. K is thorough and kind. I didn't feel rushed in and out. I would recommend!
