Daltile Showroom & Design Studio is the industry-leading brand for a wide range of quality tile products, including ceramic, porcelain, glass, metal, and stone. With over 250 company-owned sales service centers, stone slab yards, and gallery design centers, Daltile provides a rich palette of innovative and stylish products to inspire residential and commercial designs. Customers have had mixed experiences, with some praising the knowledgeable and helpful staff, like Colleen Attl, who assisted in selecting products and coordinating with contractors. However, others have encountered snooty and unhelpful staff, who were unwilling to provide pricing information without an account, leading them to purchase their tile and flooring elsewhere.
Staff were pleasant, eloquent, offered excellent customer service. Easy to talk to and asked questions, offered good suggestions and made us comfortable and and gave us more and better incite about our choice of granites. Had Excellent experience. Office and factory were very clean with good spaces in between to move around. Gave us.a bird's eye view of the product as well. Good job!
