Caitlyn is the absolute best!! I will not let anyone else touch my brows but her. Always a safe/clean environment with good conversation and fun people. Highly recommend! Bonus - booking online is so easy and Caitlyn is very flexible about rescheduling if needed.

I was traveling through Nashville and decided to try waxing even though I usually thread my eyebrows back home. The decision to come here was definitely a good one and my eyebrows turned out perfectly (remained thick and naturally shaped). Brittany was so friendly and so were the other employees. As a whole, the employees at this Ulta are refreshingly kind compared to the customer service I have received at other Ultas. Plus they are open on Sundays unlike many local businesses in the South, so it's convenient!
