Not only did she help me as a skin care expert picking out a moisturizer for my dry skin, but she helped me pick out the perfect foundation shade. She also helped me with a concealer, blush, and lip liner/lip stick! I could not be happier with my experience with Shamyla. She was so knowledgeable and kind! I will definitely be back.
Today I was Dashing for DoorDash, and had an order for Ulta beauty, and was helped by a terrific employee China. She walked the store with me helping me find every item. Thank you China for being so helpful
i’m not sure if it was a genuine mistake or a bad decision but while checking out, a product i was purchasing fell as the cashier was scanning Or placing it into the bag— and while that’s not the problem or an issue at all, the cashier returned and she brought back another one (same item) placing into the bag. Once i got home i noticed the seal on it was already broken and the pattern of the actual product inside was smudged already…. she brought me back a used dirty Tester product. like anyone would be, I am upset about it. A broken one is preferable over a used one thats been touched by who knows. Like I said, I’m not sure if it was a genuine mess up on cashiers...read full review
