We had a leak under our concrete foundation and our insurance company sent AMC Plumbing & Leak Detection (Memphis, TN) to fix it.....they leak-detected with a jack hammer--two giant holes in our kitchen floor and one in our garage. Also tore up two walls in the kitchen. They filled the holes in the floor with bumpy, uneven cement. They soaked our homeowner's insurance for over 4,000 dollars. Then it started leaking again. Evidently they had shaken up and nicked & weakened the pipes so much that it would never be right again, and they refused to take responsibility for it...or honor their warranty.
