My technician was Zach Marsh. He was polite, professional and honest, he worked on my Generac generator and completed what repairs he could do in a timely matter. He referred that a professional Generac Technician to come and complete the work needed for the generator and he set the appointment for it. Great Work Zach !!!
Brandon was a fantastic technician. He clean my unit very well and made it look new again from cleaning it. He also showed me everything that had to be cleaned and needs to be replaced and why it will need to be replaced in the future too. Awesome guy.
