Choate's sent one of their plumbers out to my home as we had a major clog over the weekend. Reginald was polite, smart and very informative about the job he was doing to assist with our plumbing problem. He was able to unstop the main line within about 30 minutes once he started on the job. I would highly recommend this company. They hire the best!
Top notch, professional service. Was kept in the loop every step of the way and even showed photos of the finished work in the attic to save me from going up there myself.My wife, and I, already feel the difference.THANK YOU!! I appreciate you attention to detail.
Mr. Robbins was very nice and knowledgeable about the job that he was sent to do!! Very informative and answered my questions. Even pointed out some things that would help us if our power goes out! Due to my husband pending surgery(?) we will get back with your company to do those things at a later date. They understood our situation and agree that probably would be better at a later date!
