Emilio came through to look at the job and in a few days sent an general estimate. I asked (x2) for a breakdown of what was covered in the estimate and even after saying he was sending it yesterday, I haven't received this information as of 9:39 a.m. CST. I believe upfront red flags should not be ignored. If I hired this company, there should be no surprise in delays & communication failure.
