Smiths plumbing was hired to do a job for Henry with Handyman Services. Henry was extremely welcoming and helpful through the whole process and was very friendly and easy to work with. Very nice guy and would definitely hire him and his company to do work at my house.
Henry was all i could ask for in a Handyman! Answered phone on first call, easy to communicate with. Prompt, knowledgeable replies via text and calls, kitchen faucet repair was done next day very quickly. Original quote was reasonable but work was done quicker than estimate so final invoice was lower than quote. As a Landlord, looking forward to smooth maintenance from now on.
Henry is seriously a blessing. I didn't end up actually having him work on my home, because he gave me great advice and told me enough about my situation that I felt comfortable working on the issue myself. He was kind, extremely informative, friendly, and someone I know that I will definitely call on again because I trust that he will deal with me fairly.
